Bay Acoustics provides design and testing services in acoustics, noise control, vibration and environmental noise. We offer the state of the art in acoustical instrumentation and acoustic modeling.
Following relevant ASTM and ISO standards our technicians conduct field testing of environmental noise, sound and impact insulation, speech intelligibility, room acoustics, speech privacy, vibration, and in-flight aircraft cabin noise
Through computer modeling, we are now able to predict:
- room acoustics
- environmental noise sources and barriers
- HVAC system noise
- sound insulation properties of partitions, doors and glazing
- building vibration
We are also adept at producing acoustic simulations (aurlizations) of these models. This allows the client to hear how design changes will be perceived before construction.
